Depleted Texas Lakes Expose Ghost Towns, Graves

Johnny C. Parks died two days before his first birthday more than a century ago. His grave slipped from sight along with the rest of the tiny town of Bluffton when Lake Buchanan was filled 55 years later

Thank you for the link to this story. It makes one wonder about our so-called progress in forcing people to move, flooding an area that was providing homes, businesses, and burial sites -- only to have it revealed by an act of nature once again. I do hope people can get all of the headstone information recorded before it might possibly be lost again.
