My grandmother and her two children survived the sinking of the Galway Castle. I am so sorry for your family's loss. I am researching our family history and wondered if you had any reports of the tragedy. I have newspaper reports.

HI ANNE,
MY GRANDMOTHER AND HER 2 DAUGHTERS WERE ALSO ON THE GALWAY CASTLE. THE TWO LITTLE GIRLS WERE LOST. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS TAKEN BACK TO PORTSMOUTH I THINK. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING THE GIRLS DEATH CERTIFICATES. I ALSO HAVE SOME NEWSPAPER CUTTINGS OF THE DISASTER AND MY GRANDMOTHERS REPORT OF HER EXPERIENCE.
